Welcome to Quality Catering!
Quality Catering is part of the QCC group, a professional hospitality group that specialises in food and beverage service and function and event management.
The group owns and manages a number of venues throughout Brisbane however their services can be easily transferred to any environment required by the client. Depending on the client’s needs, services can be extended to offer well trained service staff, equipment hire, and a vast array of menus that cater towards cocktail receptions, boardroom affairs, day delegate packages and private functions, through to large scale functions and events from 20 to 1,000 people. Alternatively, we can simply prepare, cook, package, drop and go allowing our clients the flexibility to manage their own private or corporate event.
We pride ourselves in our ability to work with our clients, to fit seamlessly within their environment, offering fresh and delicious foods and beverages, enhancing every event through our knowledge and understanding of event management. Additional services including entertainment recommendations, themes and décor design, room layout and event order programming is available to ensure further success of the event.
Currently the Group is contracted to cater for domestic and international professional sporting groups and codes, allowing for detailed nutritional and dietary requirements. We work closely with team management to prepare foods based around the needs of each player to maximise performance, pre, post and during match days.

Amanda and the Quality Catering team assisted us with the catering of a corporate function that we held at Norths Cricket Club, Kedron.
Each year we host a cricket day for around 50 of our staff and clients. Amanda was great at providing comfort at the outset that her team could look after our requirements including the full provision of food (dietary requirements inclusive) & drinks.
We had a buffet BBQ which was very well received by our geusts and a mobile drinks stand that was well staffed the whole afternoon.
I would highly recommend Quality Catering to any business looking at organising an event similar to what we had. We will definitely be using Amanda and her team again.
